Had to return equipment. I got called up in a timely fashion. The guy that helped us was absolutely hilarious and did a great job. 10/10 the only spectrum store I will go to.

I made my appointment online for 10am. When I arrived at 0955 there were already customers in line. I thought this would make my wait longer. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was returning equipment and Robert didn't hesitate to ask why and encouraged me to try their WIFI in the future. He was great! I maybe back but my wireless is still Spectrums.

Walked in with two people being helped and just 1 waiting.I checked in and within roughly 10 minutes the other person was helped, then five minutes after I was helped.I was in and out within about 30 minutes total buying an iPad.Staff was friendly. No complaints.

Spectrum is relentless when it comes to sending unsolicited mail to my home. They have been sending unsolicited mail to my home it seems like forever. No matter what I say or do, they won't stop sending mail to my home. I need to sue them.

There are a lot of outages for us to be paying for high speed internet. This is ridiculous how many outages there have been in just the past month. Spectrum, get it together.

Spectrum customer service on the phone is awful but the store people are great. I spent over an hour in the phone across 3 phone calls last night to try to cancel my TV service and gave up. Instead it took my 5 minutes at the local Spectrum store to do the cancellation. The store associate was efficient and kind and apologized for the hassles in what it took to cancel.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! These people were RACIST and RUDE to my uncle when he went in to turn in his spectrum device. He waited a full hour to get called and once he went up to the desk she tells him that the internet service was not canceled (which HE DID in fact cancel prior to arriving to the store) and when he tried to explain that to her she ignored him and yelled “Next” for the person behind him. He then asks for the manager who was also RACIST and looked at him from head to toe in a nasty way only because he was in his work clothes! DISGUSTING customer service!!!

Robert was great. He listened to what I had to say and helped me with my needs without making me feel like a bother to him. It's a long drive but I would definitely make the trip again.
