I’m conditioned to hate dealing with cable/ISP companies, and I haven’t always had the best experience with Spectrum in the past. However, I just had a wonderful experience at this location…I could make an appointment, talked immediately to a friendly and competent specialist, and he fixed my tech issue and helped me “right size” my bill. If he’s there, try to talk to Ryan!

Old man who says he worked at some Walmart selling phones before this talks way too much. Makes no sense why there should be a 45 minute conversation with each customer about artificial intelligence.

One of the worse companies in America when it comes to customer service. I placed a phone order 5/8/24. I was bringing 2 watches & 2 phones over from Verizon, I was told they will pay off both phones with Verizon up to 500$ one phone has $212 the other has $474. I even paid these people $157.62 they instructed me to contact them back 5/11/24. I call back 5/11/24 and they tell me I'm not eligible. I spoke with 2 different supervisors 1 says she will call me back in a couple hours the other says she was going to call me back on Monday 5/13/24 & she even gives me her number to call her back(I've called her about 150times & left multiple voicemails no answer no response). Obviously no calls ever returned. I go into the store explain my issue during my lunch break, I was told I will get a call back. Still no call back. I call the 800 number yesterday, 5/14/24 speak to a supervisor again tells me she will call back, today is 5/15/24 and still have not received a call. I filed a complaint with the AG office & the FCC for the fraudulent bait & switch tactic that was used my next steps will be hiring a lawyer.

So slow! Instead of giving people what they’re asking for, the employees waste a tremendous amount of time trying to sell old people things they don’t need so you have to sit here forever for simple things like picking up equipment.

This has got to be the most unprofessional store I have ever been in. When there with granddaughter and was treated very rudely by the manager. NEVER DO BUSINESS with Spectrum if you want to be treated with respect.

Slow even by appointments and while the guy that I talked to was knowledgeable about devices and services, I overheard another employee giving conflicting information about Cellphone service and Details per plan to an old couple, they got it sorted out after a while tho, but should know what you are trying to sell. My appointment took almost 30 minutes just to return some equipment. Another 15-20 to try and remove the service which they couldn't even do in store at the time. 3 stars because I was able to complete my task, even if it wasn't perfect, should've been faster but at the end of the day only 45-50 minutes wasted here.

This place is Always So So Slow, Even when you make an Appointment , It still takes forever.. Most of the Employees here are rude and Not about Satisfinfing The Customer's Needs.....

There's obviously a lot of fake good reviews. The only time that I was able to make it out of a Spectrum store less than 10 minutes is when the payment station is working right. If it's down, guaranteed that it will be 30 minutes to 1-1/2 hours
