I’ve never joined a gym before and I’m so glad I decided to make Spark my first go to gym. Staff is very knowledgeable and encouraging! You always feel welcome. This place has helped me so much physically and especially mentally. BEST DECISION EVER.

Always a wonderful experience going here, and so much better than the chain coffee places. Service is quick and friendly, and the coffee is always wonderful.
