I visited Soma to get fitted and get some bras. It was my first time at Soma and I will definitely be going back! Two ladies were working, one is named Vicky and I didn’t catch the other woman’s name, but both were absolutely amazing! I called ahead because I was arriving 30 min before close and wanted to make sure that would be enough time and wouldn’t cause any trouble. They were happy to help me and never made me feel rushed. Plus, I love my new bras! The wireless bras feel great and are actually supportive. Highly recommend!

Title: Dusty, Condescending, dirty, incompetent...Not worth a star that I had to give it... Went to this store with my sister, mom, and daughter. Right off the bat rude customer service. They gave us dirty looks, and the younger sales associate (Misty) yelled at my 4 year old daughter for touching a clothing rack. I was tempted to walk out right there but I had already picked up a few things that i wanted, so i let it go. They did not inform us that the credit card machines were down until we got to the checkout which then they said it would be a while. I asked how long and they said could be til tomorrow. Laughable. They were writing credit card numbers on slips and I decided I didn't want to that. When I put my things back and went to leave one of the elderly workers loudly said "what don't they understand?". No, I definitely understood, and due to the horrible attitudes of the associates and the overall rotten atmosphere of the store, they're not getting a dime. I'd rather buy a bra from Walmart. They were rude to every customer that was in there. Super condescending and for what? This is a Soma's, for Christ's sake. The poor lady in front of us checking out kept getting sent back out on the floor to look for new sales items because Misty at the front couldn't take time from the 0 customers they had begging to buy their bottom-of-the-barrel bras and paper thin thongs to go clean the floor, let alone any of the ancients just standing up there flipping papers around. In all honesty, the customer service was dreadful. It was my first visit at Somas and it will be my last.

I am leaving 2 stars because the quality of bra I got was great & very comfortable. There were 4 people working, 1 was very helpful and friendly. Two ladies were so rude. The customer service from them was terrible. They were very unwelcoming. I will be shopping online from now on.

I normally have a great experience in this store, but I went yesterday with my best friend and the store associate had a massive attitude. Not only was she unkind but she made a very rude comment to one of her coworkers about not just standing there and helping her and pick up some clothing she herself had dropped. Completely inappropriate comment to make in front of customers. My thing is, if you’re having a bad day leave it at the door but don’t subject your customers to that. Once I figure out the name of the associate, I will update this review as I was appalled by her behavior.

I am leaving 2 stars because the quality of bra I got was great & very comfortable. There were 4 people working, 1 was very helpful and friendly. Two ladies were so rude. The customer service from them was terrible. They were very unwelcoming. I will be shopping online from now on.

Darica was kind, patient and professional in helping me find exactly what I needed. Store was clean and organized. After the excellent customer service I received today, I will definitely shop in this store vs online in the future!

I wouldn't give the one star but had to just to post this review. I walked in with my daughter looking for a bra . We asked what her largest size was in nursing bras and she asked another lady there to check and see what sizes she had. The other lady rolled her eyes, huffed and walked off to the back and never returned to help us. We will gladly spend our money somewhere else where we're not treated like second class citizens.

Bought a bra and shortly after the stitching for one of the hooks started unraveling. I mentioned this to the sales associate and she said their bras are guaranteed for only 60 days. Upon learning about their sorry guarantee policy, I decided to return the Christmas present my husband gave me and the gown I purchased separately. Soma sent me a free return label, which seemed like a nice gesture. I placed both items in a box with a note along explaining everything, included both receipts, put the return label on the box, and gave it to UPS as Instructed. That was the end of that. No refund. No response from customer service who I’ve tried contacting at least 10 times. Emails, phone calls, no response. I’ve literally NEVER had a worse experience with a retailer than with Soma. NO RESPONSE? Really?

I received a lovely sweater as a Christmas gift (with a gift receipt) from SOMA but I have plenty of sweaters so i decided to exchange the sweater for undergarments.I walked into the store was greeted professionally and instructed the lady at the counter would help me. Help me, she did not. I asked her what my options were with the exchange such as a store credit, gift card. She said I can only get a credit on my credit card. I stated that this was not my credit card because I was the recipient of this gift. She took the receipt, scanned it and immediately a credit was issued. I said wait a minute, isn't it an option to get a store credit or a gift card to use at a later date. She said no, you can only get a credit. I said fine, I will take the credit if that is my only option. Credit (the giver received) and i walked back to the exit where the greeter professionally asked, did you get everything exchanged? I said no because I was only offered a credit even when I asked about an exchange. She (the greeter) was mortified. I have a feeling the lady in the back only knew how to issue credits and constrained my shopping experience to her mental level or lack of capabilities. Not going to the winston salem soma again.

I forget the girls name that helped me, but she had curly hair and glasses. she was so patient with me as I made her go through about 4 different sizes and 7 different styles until we found one I liked. she even found the last of the color I wanted in one style on a mannequin. everyone else was also very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. definitely left happy with my purchase.
