I worked with Wendy on just a few special order interior doors. One of the doors came damaged. She was absolutely amazing in working through the issues and making it right. It has been a long time since I have experienced such outstanding customer service. She owned my problem and navigated the twists and turns of product delays and shortages to make it right. I’m a small fish in her ocean of builders and she didn’t treat me any different. I always felt like her only customer. Unbelievable service.

Friendly and helpful. Been in the construction industry for years and recently decided to try Smith Phillips be my local supplier as they had a wood shortage. The customer service was friendly, selection of wood products are very large and had help loading. Will now be using them as my supplier.
