This is a very dangerous location. I was accosted by someone on drugs who had been hanging out all morning. He almost became violent and the employees saw it and never called the police. Just awful. And yes I contacted Sheetz headquarters and got no response at all.

Had a order completely ruined on Jan 9th, 50$ worth of food, Bryan whom we spoke to today gave me a run around about a scam about salad and milkshakes, which had nothing to do with my order being screwed up and remade. Bryan being completely unprofessional in his job said the order wouldn't be remade or any of the sort as that's a long time ago.

Is it midnight or otherwise late? Have you not eaten since lunch, are tired, and have no easy to make food options at home? Don't download the Sheetz app and make an account, give Sheetz all your info, and make an order. It goes through Doordash. So if it doesn't get delivered, you can call the store, they'll put you on hold for 10 minutes. Then tell you to call customer support. Who will then make you wait on hold. And then tell you they can't do anything except have you wait 2 hours from ordering and then it might be refunded. Would give zero stars to both Sheetz AND Doordash if I could.

They were super busy around 2 am . When we came and looked understaffed there was only 3 workers . But Kayla was super nice and very helpful and made the wait better . Will be back because of her .

Ordered a Nitro Cold brew and waited over 10 minutes to be told they ran out. They had the urgency to silence the screen but not enough to tell me they couldn't make my drink before I wasted my time. Unacceptable.

I've gone here twice both times the were out of thing like straws and cups. The employees were rude as hell it's unsanitary and their drink machine leaks so their sprite is cherry sprite

They have a severe wasp infestation surrounding the trash bins and gas pumps at Store #385, 2505 Somerset Center Dr. 27103. For the past 3 weeks alone, every occasion I’ve stopped by, I’ve been assaulted by angry wasps that won’t let me enter the store or pump gas in peace. This is insane & terrifying. I feel like Macaulay Culkin in “My Girl” fighting for my life to pump gas. Am I better off going elsewhere to pay more for gas to be free from fear of being stung? A wasp literally got in my locs and flew on my shirt and face TODAY. Y’all gonna pay my hospital/doctor bill if I’m stung and have an adverse reaction? Didn’t think so. Furthermore, This location seems understaffed and overworked some nights, so you’re waiting 30+ minutes for food orders that likely are incorrect or missing an item. Lastly, I’ve had issues doing lottery on more than one occasion from various employees; I don’t understand what the difficulty could be. There’s so much room for improvement at this location.

This Sheetz is getting a ton of hate and I don’t quite see why. People definitely need to cut them some slack on third shift. People endlessly call out and quit out of nowhere. They have lost some brilliant employees out of the past year and change. One person I have to speak EXTREMELY highly of is Ross. He never fails to pick up shifts for others and works far too much. If they lose him I will change my rating. One new employee I CAN NOT stand is the older white manager lady. Dear lord. It’s like every time I see her she goes out of her way to strike up an issue with me. This is just one example: I’ve been buying cigarettes there for half a decade and American Spirits by the carton for years now. They are buy two get $1.50 off. I don’t have to speak, I walk in the door and every employee has them ready for me before I get to the counter. Apparently you can only ring up my brand and get the discount by the carton. New employees have to be shown how to do it 90% of the time. Obviously every manager prior to her has had no issue with this and one tipped me off on it. Last time I saw her she swoops in and is nasty to me saying they are not allowed to do it. Nah. I’m not taking that after I’ve been a loyal customer for so long. After she says that she teaches the girl how to do it anyway. I’m not letting one sheety employee turn me away from the place though. I’ve broken a wine bottle in there and been met with nothing except kindness and understanding. If I ever order food the two blokes that know me well will always throw me some free garlic sauce. She just needs to be fired. Jonathan, Hope, and many others you will be missed, always.

What is wrong with this place!!! This is two days in a row that they say they have no change and either put left over change on a gift card or keep it!! This is just plain stealing from people most people aren’t going to hold up the line and wait to have their change put on a gift card for 60,70, or just whatever change is leftover! All that leftover change for a couple of days adds up to a lot. There is no reason a place of business like that should run out of change for days in a row!

The ladies working the night shift on 7/10 were OUTSTANDING! I came around 11 and the service was incredible, super fast and my food came out perfect. They deserve a raise!!

I had an issue with my order i made, and the supervisor was completely respectful and the nicest about fixing the issue. She helped me immediately, and went above and beyond to make sure the issue was made okay. Lovely customer service, with an amazing attitude:)

Had an issue with my online Sheetz MTO, but Elizabeth, a supervisor and the only one working MTO that shift, handled the problem swiftly and professionally when most places would have simply brushed me off. Thank you for the excellent service!

They will not have to worry about getting any money from me I went here today before work and got a dub and other things spent 31.02. There was no mayonnaise packets so I asked if I could get some of the kitchen, well the Caucasian manger short with glasses and the older cashier had a problem with doing that, like your job is to make the customer happy thats how you get paid and you wanna say we won't be doing this again. Well do your inventory right so you can have the things people need for them high sandwices.

LA-Du was very helpful. It’s hard to find good employees these days he went out of his way to help me with cash app. He also made sure the stores very clean as people as I needed help. This is Sheets. I always go to, even if it is a 25 minute drive.
