Facilities are always clean, they have indoor and outdoor security cameras and codes on every door. Your belongings will be protected! Staff is always friendly, willing to help and answer any questions. This time it was Erika who helped me with renting a unit and she's just the best!”

“I initially called with a question which I was greeted with someone with a rude attitude, they also did not answer my question about the location. When I went to the store Jackie helped me and she was great. I was initially placed in a unit which had a maintenance issue. When I brought this concern to Jackie, she was already aware of the issue and had no problem transferring me to a different unit.”

“I had rented out a storage space from American Flag Storage years ago. I still had their old business card in my wallet. I had a great experience with the company back then and a great experience in May of 2022. I highly recommend American Storage to anyone who needs to store something's for a while. The staff is great and they will help you the best way they can. They have two locations in Winston Salem so if you need anything just give them a call.”
