I needed them to print my book manuscript, they referred me to Kinkos, If I had wanted to initially do business with Kinkos, I would have went there! I was told that they only handle much larger printing requests! Nevertheless, Not very helpful at all!! Actually Rude, I would have given them plenty of business!

We contacted Salem One based on a referral from staff at a local non-profit organization. They recommended Clint Jackson to us for his excellent service, so I contacted Clint and two other local providers for quotes to print 20,000 copies of our educational booklets. Clint's service has been truly outstanding. Had his quote not already been the lowest, I would have asked our organization to go with Salem One anyway. But the price was better by far, so the decision was easy. Clint is responsive, looks for flexible solutions, and makes great recommendations. I'm so glad to have been sent his way!

Worked there for way too long. And now realize they're the worst pay out of all the printing shops. Overtime is not a raise!!PHIL KELLY is very rude individual whom boasts too much.If I was a client...I'd be envolved with every ok and run they do on the floor. Trust me! Management is the weakest I've ever experienced. Especially the press room!!

I sent a quote request using their online submit form about a month ago but have yet to receive a response. I've checked my spam folder and my voicemails in case I had missed their call, and nothing. When a company has an online request form they need to ensure that they respond to inquiries, even if it's "Sorry we can't help you."
