The prices are reasonable and sometimes there are decent selections...BUT this store is always in a mess; stuff everywhere!!!
The other thing is they never have enough cashiers. 1 cashier available when 10 customers are waiting in line is just not acceptable!

Twice I have been to this store in a months time and there was only one cashier working. The check out line was so long and they called for backup at least 3 times and nobody came to help. They have redone the store and have all these new cash registers but no one to check you out.

Ross stores have become emptier each year. They still have some good finds, household items, kitchen items, blankets etc.

This place looks like its going put of business. Most things are out of place and there is a lot of empty shelf space. It has never looked this bad before.

Overall my experience was great until I got in line to pay, this place is obviously short staffed & I would say that 2 out of the 3 cashier's working that day were extremely RUDE. I've never had this issue before & I shop here often. So either take the rude cashiers from the front and put them doing something in the back or just lose customers because of it. Several people were really frustrated about the weight and how rude the employees were.
