This isn't my normal vet, but mine couldn't see my dog for a week and we needed to be seen sooner. They got me in next day, were super friendly, helpful and kind. Answered all my questions and took great care with my dog. Would absolutely recommend.

I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Pugh, Christine, and Krista on Jackie Lee's first visit. They were all very welcoming and very professional. I made my appointment weeks before with Jeannie, and she was also very kind and professional. Dr. Pugh took time with Jackie Lee and of course, Jackie Lee loved her! I had a terrible experience here. Long story short, I was made to believe my dog had cancer and needed a $2000 surgery to remove an infected tumor. I took him for a second opinion and was able to get the surgery for $600 and he was cancer free. I truly believe they tried to take advantage of my emotions and I hope no one else has this experience.
I want to add: I am in no way saying that they tried to trick me into thinking he had cancer. It was more so that they didn’t do a biopsy to test for cancer and when I pushed back on a $2k surgery I was made to feel bad and I didn’t appreciate that. On the other hand, I found an amazing vet that came highly recommended and was able to get my Porter fixed up without breaking the bank.

Everyone- from checking in, to our vet tech, to our vet Dr. Pugh- was simply amazing. We followed Dr. Pugh even though it is 20 minutes from our house. They have electronic charting, online pharmacy with home delivery, ability to book appointments online.
Dr. Pugh has taken care of our dogs for almost 12 years now. She is compassionate, caring, and very intelligent. Trust her completely!

Dr. Post and her assistant calmed Sophie and by the time we left, Sophie was lying in the floor very calmly.
