Went to this nail salon because I was in desperate need for a new set , the staffed LOOKED friendly & nice but looks can also be deceiving. I came in with a picture of the set I wanted and left with a set I never thought I’d have . I don’t have a picture of the set but it was a colorful pastel set and I left with this blue set . My cuticles were overflown , uneven filing , crooked nails ( the middle finger ) terrible shaping , the designs for the 2 nails were ripped when she was taking it off , bc right under the symbol was the meaning of it . I was trying to tell the lady doing my nails that it was okay and that I could just takes these off and get a refund ( because I paid before the service ) . But the owner insisted I finish getting the set , her and the lady doing my nails got into a tussle because she wouldn’t stop doing my nails . I thought it was inappropriate to do that in front of a customer but anyways . the owner forcefully finished doing my nails and I left unhappily that night . I called back the next day to get a refund or get these taken off but she refused me any services . 0/10 do not go here !! They truly don’t care about their clients/ customers. They only want our money , not caring how we feel once we step out that salon ‼️‼️‼️‼️Service: Acrylic nails

I called regal two weeks ago and asked if they accepted Walmart gift cards,reply was yes,so I had someone take my 81 yr old mother there sat to get manicure and they wouldn't accept Walmart gift card,the person that took her had to pay for it out of their own pocket,my mother had two fifty dollar gift cards,that were good and they wouldn't accept,she won't be back. Get it together Regal,either you accept WalMart gift cards or you don't,period!

I went to get my gel Polish changed on my tires on 8/6/2022 and the person who did them put 3 coats of clear polish on, then she used the white polish. Needless to say, she had to start over multiple times because it kept getting wrinkles. She actually thought I was going to leave with them like that. The person at the front desk came over to assist her with removing it because she kept filing my skin. I was hoping she would do the polishing also, but she didn’t. Anyway, it looks like my 8 year old niece did my toes. I didn’t get a pedicure because I got one a week ago and just wanted the color changed. When I went outside after paying and saw them I went back in to get it fixed and was told it was my skin. I have washed and exfoliated my feet and the pics will show what the polish looks like. The worse service ever and I was charged $25 for this mess. Worse service ever there.Service: Pedicure

Can is a great tech but was unavailable today so I had to use someone else who was not as good. Toes came out ok but some steps were missed during my pedicure.

My first experience last year was great but now this second time not so much. My paint is chipping and she got paint on the outside of the nails and it looks tacky. It’s only been the second day. Won’t be going back and wasting money.
