Great place to get your vehicle repaired. They are easy to talk to and they don't give you a bunch of misleading info. They give you the estimate and it's spot on! Great bunch of folks here. I definitely recommend them!

Had to have my car towed out of a basement garage downtown, very impressed with their ability to get it out! They sent two drivers and two trucks to move it out, both took plenty of time making sure it wouldnt get damaged in the process. Ray's was super easy to work with, and I would definitely would call them for anything and recommend them to everyone! (Just hopefully not for anything this obnoxious again)

Ray’s is a great body shop to work with if you need to get body or frame work. You can see that they love the work that they do. My Wrangler was hit in the rear and they were able to get it fixed up so well that you would not know that it has been hit.I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

This place is scam scam scam I tired taking my car their to fix I had my own parts they talking about it’s gonna be couple thousands to fix repair my car I said I have all the parts my self they said we have to buy u the parts we can’t take ur parts. Only reason they say that so they can make more money off customers in parts add like few hundreds on a part that cost cheap smh never coming here againServices: Body & Trim

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! They had my son’s car for 9 MONTHS!!!! Kept saying “it will be ready next week” over and over. One day they told him to pick it up at 5:30pm and it 5pm, they called and told him they forgot to put the seatbelts and something else in. It was finally done today. His dad picked it up. He started hearing rattling and the car was feeling weird. He pulled over to check the tires and ALL of the lug nuts were loose. WTH is wrong with you people?!?!?!?! I honestly think he needs to make a police report.

This shop was recommended by two persons. I was not greeted when I walked into the business and was not acknowledged for at least 2 minutes. Had called in prior to coming and knew the repair job could take up to 2 months. Only needed an estimate. Two employees were in the office. When a third mechanic came in and asked if I was being assisted, then the person who was supposed to be helping me finally addressed my issues. The mechanic seemed more concerned about the job than the office person. I will not be back!

A strange review, but worth the reading. Enjoy!My truck wouldn't start one afternoon at a park. I called Dean's, was told by the driver he was headed to drop off a car in Clemmons and would be right there in about an hour. After an hour went by, I called back. No answer or voice mail. I waited 30 minutes more, called again. Same thing again. Phone just rang and rang. Against my better judgement, I waited a little while longer and called back. No answer, just ringing. I then called Ray's towing on South Main Street. They said the driver will call me when in route. 5 minutes later, the driver, from Ray's called, said was in route, be there in less than 30 minutes. Still no answer from Dean's. I tried twice more to let them know I got another towing company. Ray's was 5 minutes earlier than estimated. I called Dean's the next day for an answer when my tow was coming. They saw I had called several times, but couldn't answer my questions. Thanks Ray's Towing for your excellent service. You'll be getting any and every tow from me and others from now on. This review will be posted on Ray's as well.

My mom scraped a brick wall with her van and damaged the front bumper. We contacted Ray's Body Shop and they got her van in immediately and finished a day ahead of schedule. When she picked up her van it had been cleaned inside and out. She had an array of goodies on her front seat including a calendar, ice scraper, and pocket planner. Several days after picking up her van she received a handwritten thank you note, just simply thanking her for her business. Ray's went above and beyond what was necessary and did an amazing job fixing her car. You can't tell there was ever any damage. We will spread the word that Ray's is the best!
