I've experienced a few auto repair shops but this one by far is the best one. The customer service, their clean space and most professional and friendliest team ever. I went in with concerns and Michael took care of it all. My problems were handled and at an affordable price. I even had a dent in my car that was taken out at no cost to me by the owner Bobby. I so admire a team of dedicated workers who don't just try and make sales but make sure your car is safe and you save money ams leave satisfied. I recommend you go here 1st before ANY place else. Thank you guys so much.

Just watched a young lady. Try to deliver tires. As I was walking by, I was gonna go help her. Nobody came out to give this young lady a hand they stood there and watched her struggle. She had one hand bandaged up. And could barely carry the tires.they just stood there and watched her Struggle...sad

Just moved to Winston and R&H was recommended by our few of our neighbors, professional and trustworthy. Had routine maintenance and fluid change, etc.

Took my car in for an inspection here last year. They failed it due to a steering rack that was leaking fluid "so fast we can't even tell where it's coming from". Told me it would be roughly $600 to replace it. I do most of my work on our cars myself and was shocked by this, as it hadn't been losing fluid in the reservoir. Took it to another shop where it passed. A year later, power steering still works fine and reservoir is just as full as the day they saw it. I see two options here.
1. They saw that my registration was due in a week or so and wanted to scam me into a costly repair
2. The technician that inspected my vehicle has no business working as a mechanic and should find another line of work.
The NC inspection system is a breeding ground for unethical shops to pressure people into having unnecessary work done in order to avoid late fees on their registration. I'm just lucky I knew enough to know what they were saying was hokey.

Excellent customer service! The car dealership I went to (out of town) quoted me work I needed done ASAP at $4,000. I waited. Chose Rattle + Hum for my next oil change and asked them to review the items the dealer said I needed. Michael took his time explaining to me what would be needed and when (nothing was as emergent as the dealer would have had me believe) and quoted me at about 1/3 the cost of the dealer. They 100% have a repeat customer now and I will recommend them to everyone I can!! Thank you, Michael!
