To the white lady in the front office of quality control towing you do not need a job that comes with dealing with people. If you do not want to work there and be joyful in what you do? And be respectful to the costumers that are coming in for your service? Maybe you need to reconsider coming in every morning. There are so many respectful people without a job that your hiring manager should consider. There is no reason why I came to come get my car mind you I am 19 years old and you are yelling at me being rude about having an appointment when that was never mentioned before I got there. You decided to say things personal like I hope my daughter never ends up like you and much more I said I don’t know if it’s the color of my skin or what and she proceeded to laugh. At the end of the day nobody deserves to be disrespected when coming to pick up their car simple. So I called the man I spoke with on the phone before I even came and he did give me my car back. Shout out to him.

My daughter is in College and her car was towed. She called and was told where to come and pick it up. I would not recommend this towing company to anyone!! My daughter was very disrespected and felt threatened by an employee because of the color of her skin. She yelled at her, told her she hopes her daughter never turns out to be like her. Simply because she didn’t have an appointment. No one told her she needed an appointment when she called. The lady that yelled and screamed at her was an older white lady. My daughter is 19 years old and black!

My little sister went up there to get her car that was towed and had an awful experience. She called ahead of time and they told her she can just pay and come to get her car. When she got there a worker who appeared nice turned around and started yelling at her about not having an appointment, then veered off the topic of cars and started personally attacking her. Saying things like “I can’t deal with your kind” and “I have a daughter your age and hope she never turns out like you” please fire this yellow yuck mouth KAREN from the premises. Bad for business??.

These people have predatory towing practices. They charged me $255 to tow my car then had the nerve to tack on a $250 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. Basically they hold your car hostage and then get whatever money they feel like they can get out of you to give you your car back. NC has no laws that protect consumers against these outrageous practices. Most people can't afford these ridiculous fees. Write your representatives, unless the laws change there's nothing we as consumers can do to right this wrong.Service: Car towing
