Easy to set up account and the office staff is so easy to work with and schedule the gasoline and diesel fuel deliveries.
Everyone I have talked with and the delivery drivers have been super nice.

Update. Someone called me from 1-366 and trys three time to blame me the customer that I must have done something wrong. He accused me of filing a false report with my bank reguarding the $50 in gas not received, and the employee failed to be of any assistance.
I've called four times in regards to an
employee that wasn't trained well enough or either stole $50. I prepaid at the register not the gas pump Sunday and the employee put my money on another pump and refused to transfer it told me I would have to wait. So I then called corporate office Monday at 8:30am and again at 4:30pm on Monday to nobody willing to get me an answer. I called back Tuesday around 12 lunch after still not hearing back from anyone. This company is not a customer service based company and was unwilling to assist me the customer after multiple attempts at getting the mater resolved. This business will no longer get my business and I have contacted law enforcement and my bank.
Please be aware that this has happened and the corporate office could care less to handle the matter in a timely manner.

Perks is nothing but data harvesting. Cannot use this card anonymously. Aggravating and misleading. Won't sign up for this junk. Do better as a company. Can't sell non ethanol fuel from a pump that also pumps 87 ethanol, Shallotte NC. I'll post that also....

The level of service from Quality Oil has been outstanding over the years. Our farm depends on fuel to operate our machinery and Quality Oil has always been timely and super pleasant to deal with. From the order department to dispatch and their great drivers, I have only had a most pleasant experience. I especially appreciate the respect the drivers have for the farm and the care they take to insure no damage or spills. I look forward to many more years as a Quality Oil customer.

I am always pleasantly surprised when I call Quality Oil for propane tank refills. The customer service people are always professional and polite. They always schedule for next day delivery. When the trucks comes, the driver is also pleasant, professional, and responsible. It is refreshing to do business with a company that is committed to excellence.

When we moved to Clemmons in 2019, we "inherited" Quality Oil from the previous owners of our home. From the first contact we made, prior to buying the house, the folks have been very helpful and pleasant to work with. When we deicided to install gas logs, they did a fine job!
