I have been going to this store every since I moved into the community,it has changed tremendously horrible customer service, went in there 8/20/23 around 9 and the guy is on his phone texting while people are in line as if we are inconveniencing him,I get it sometimes you have emergencies but this store has turned into trash, I use to shop everyday now maybe once a month

Went in this gas station tonight to get a snack after I have worked all night. This guy that works third shift. He is so rude.He acts like he hates everyone that comes in there. He use to jump you as soon as you got in the store .Now he is brave to start something or be rude before you get to the door. He acts like he has nothing good to say nice to no one. He needs another job. His Customer Service skills are so unprofessional and degrading. Please hire someone else. I like the gas and the store. However; I am going a have to move on until he is no longer there. He has done this many many times in the past . I also see him treating others very poorly as well so sad. No one or nobody deserves to be treated like this at all.

This store is not 24 hours and cashier Darryl at night is very rude and he has been for years !!!! His attitude and energy is not one of someone who excels in customer service, he does not answer the phone and he is not polite, I knocked on the door time after time and he won't turn around most times the door says 24 hours bt not when Darryl works! Why is that , it is very unprofessional I love this gas station bt Everytime I have a run in with Darryl I stop coming, please hire better people.

Stopped by to get a car wash. Employee was taking a "closed" sign off. I asked if it was working and he said yes. Plugged my credit card in and everything looked good. It said pull forward and the green light came on. Pulled in and nothing happened. Pulled through and went back to the start. It was still saying pull through. Tried again an nothing. Went inside and told the same guy, "it's not working" He gave me a refund against my card but I wasted a lot of time.

This Quality Mart is located on Reynolda Road in Winston Salem, NC across the street from the McDonalds. They a number of fuel pumps and a convience store. Their prices on gas are about average for this area but the prices for other items are normal conveniece store prices. The employees are ok for the postions they hold.
