I walked in and asked a simple question about orbital sandpaper......they don't have.....and she was the rudest person. I still didn't walk out and then asked if you have a water-based finish? She then sarcastic then said for ARCHITECTURE? ReallyJust wanted finished. Now, who all knows what architectural finish is. The owner just stood back and carriered on a conversation with his walkie-talkie. I won't be going back . She told me to go to another place that had it.....they did not. This place has good paint, but customer service is terrible.

Excellent Customer Service!! Tess was gave me great customer service twice and even picked up the deck stain that I needed from another PPG store and dropped it off at my local PPG store for me. The Manager, Mark, was also extremely helpful. Love this store.

As a project manager at a pressure vessel fabricator, my job has required corresponding with many sales reps who have some expertise of paint/paint products for several applications. Some are corrosive environments, some high heat, some requiring UV protectants. No representative has ever driven to another state, on a weekend to ensure that I had enough product to meet our delivery deadline. Steve Dew, of this Winston-Salem location did just that. No extra charge and no complaints. Just a good old-fashioned promise to help me solve my problem. Great service, great company!

I’ve been working hard today and went here to do a pickup. A young woman named Taylor greeted me. Very kind and pleasant. She helped me out and even offered me some drinks. She even brought the paint out to my vehicle. Great customer service. She needs a raise abs a promotion ??.

We took a door of an existing furniture peice we love so that they could match the color and paint our new cabinets. When we got the first set of cabinets I noticed right away that the cabinets looked too yellowish to match the loved furniture peice in our dinning room. So we went and took another peice of furniture that was lighter. At the store it was a perfect match but when the person called me to show me how the color looked to us it looked greenish. So I went to the store and told them I was not satisfied with the color and they said you are better off purchasing 2 more gallons of a new whiter color.i would receive no credit and have to keep my 5 gallons of paint that I didn't like.

These guys can handle volume !!!!We operate a heavy remodeling company that specializes in multi-housing renovations.Every detail is covered at PPG:- equipment and service- product knowledge and availability- deliveries and logistics- customer service and kindnessThey make it easy, fast, and productive to operate a high level of progress. Even during Covid-19 shutdown, PPG was able to keep us supplied with deliveries, curb side pickup and valuable information regarding supply availability. We didn't stop because they didn't stop.Awesome team, great business model and tremendous customer service.
