Do not bank with PNC. Why? Because you can keep your money in the bank, but when it comes to withdrawing money from their branch in need and they say, 'We don't have cash,' you must call before coming. What??? Really??? Who knows that I am going to have an emergency? Secondly, I never knew before that you can't get your own money if you don't call them and tell them that you need it on a certain day. I have been banking with PNC for maybe 13 or 14 years now. I took my money out of PNC just to use it for paying bills and keep as little money there as I can. It never happened to me once, but twice. The first time I thought it could be a genuine reason, but the second time I realized that it is intentional, not letting me use my money. Now I know why they are closing their branches; because people are leaving them

Wow what an amazing place to do business with! Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very efficient! I wish all banks were like this branch! If you're out there looking for a serious, secure with great products and amazing customer service, come by this branch or any PNC branch, you will not regret!!

New customer--have been trying for an hour to reach someone at this branch to ask a question, but nobody picks up, and no automated message to redirect me. Hoping this is an anomoly--it doesn't give me confidence that I can't reach anyone there, or even leave a message for a callack.

They only have 1 branch now with 1 ATM on the outside and none on the inside like the 2 branches they closed. The ATM is down every week. They are always under staffed on the inside and have 1 teller working inside and outside. I tried to close my account and they stated they would close it the next business day after a debit gas purchased cleared. They "forgot" to close it and allowed another re-occuring charge to hit it which required money to be deposited and once again stated they couldn't close the account again. This is a horrible bank! This from a customer of 10 yrs! Finally had enough!

There ATM tripping. It wouldn't let me get cash out. If that atm steals my money I'm sueing who ever owns it

Since the other branches shut down I have to drive across town or 30 minutes to the next nearest location.Half of the time I make the drive the ATM at either location is out of order.Get your money out.... This company may go bust.The tellers are friendly which is only reason for 2 stars.

Very bad customer service. I called to ask for $100 note exchange for international traveling and the lady on the phone was very rude and total not helpful. I have been a customer of PNC for almost 10 years and this call made me decide to cancel my account with this bank.

Will not answer the phone. Waited over 15 minutes and had to hang up and recall. May have to go right in the branch.
