On Sunday morning, August 18rh, I visited this Planet Fitness. I was terribly disappointed and the mood was completely ruined. Young black woman on front desk didn’t let me do sports. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was refused. My legitimate request to terminate my membership was also refused. It’s shame that such careless workers are allowed to serve. I request that management pay attention to this and take appropriate measures. Sincerely Your client.

The best value I’ve ever come across for a gym membership. I really don’t think you can beat $25 for workout, massage beds, and tanning. Plus just an all around friendly atmosphere and encouraging culture. The machines at my location are fairly new and it’s nice to see they maintain the facility regularly. Lots of little perks here and there are the cherry on top.

The staff is friendly always greeting me when I arrive and leave which makes it feel like home. They do an excellent job of keeping the gym clean and taking care of the equipment!!

Always enjoy my gym unless there is a person NOT wiping down after getting off machine. Told guy at desk and he says he will put a note in his file!!! NO go tell him, that's a rule even before the COVID!!

Message to the owner:
The men staff going in ladies restroom to clean and the women staff coming in the men's room to clean needs more common sense management.
There is no way half naked women will allow a man into the locker area, just bc "its his job," no matter how hard the assistant manager tried to convince me that it woukd be ok.
I had the displeasure of this experience yesterday and notified the lady that i was still occupying the locker and she could wait.
Common sense would dictate that a male staff clean the mens locker and a female staff for the ladies.
Please improve your management.
