For over 25 year Mark, Donna and now Zack have taken care of our cars - Nissan, Toyota, and Honda. They are honest, trustworthy folks. Many times I’ve stopped by with a silly question and with a smile Mark gives me the answer I need. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service and great communication. My car was ready early and they even drove to South Carolina to pick up a part for me!

Our car needed work while we were visiting from out of state. On recommendation from our son, we called, and Mark was able to diagnose the problem, give us an estimate, and get the parts in that were needed. The price quoted in the estimate was what we were charged and they also stayed open late to complete the job so that we could have our car back for our return trip. All of this on the Friday before New Year's Eve. Thank you!

They didn't have a part that I needed but the owner made a call and found what I needed just like that. I had been looking for a part for my classic car and he was my 6th place!! Thank you! I will be back for business.

These people are a damned STEREOTYPE for the old school "shady mechanic" shop. I am a 100% disabled Veteran, and they KNEW THAT! Beware, if they will screw ME over, YOU do not stand a chance! STEER CLEAR! I made an agreement with them. I hired them to replace the engine in my daughter's VW Jetta. The deal was that the job would cost $5255 for the job. Since I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income, we agreed...BEFORE THEY STARTED ANY WORK, that I would give them a $3000 deposit (which I paid immediately), $1500 when I picked up the car, and then the remaining $755 in three monthly payments thereafter. I have that in writing, as the arrangement was made via email. Well, first they are slow as DEATH, so, they had my car for THREE months! Just before they finished, they emailed me again...and tried to UPSELL ME! Yes, they wanted to see if I wanted to pay an EXTRA $700 for parts I KNOW the car doesn't need. I said 'no." So...they did not install the parts they tried to upsell me into, but guess what they did instead. That's right, they jacked up my bill withOUT installing the upsell parts. Guess how much. Yep...$700. Whatever they claimed they did for that extra $700...they did NOT authorize with me, because they KNEW I would say "no." They just jacked up my bill by EXACTLY the amount they tried to get me to authorize during the upsell attempt. Oh, and it gets worse. They said "our estimates are plus or minus 10%." First of all, $700 is far MORE than 10% of the $5255 we agreed upon, but more importantly, THEY NEVER SAID anything about this "10%" until AFTER they did the work. You see, after they do the work, SHADY mechanics know that they have possession of your car and have you by the balls, so that's when they spring that kind of s*** on you. When I complained about the padded bill, they became assholes, INSTANTLY. They threatened me. They said they would go back on the payment arrangement we made, if I didn't clam up and just accept it. The deal we made was that I would pick up my car for another $1500...but they got their feelings hurt when I pointed out that they were stealing from me...so they went back on that too. Now they said "You owe is $2831, even though we agreed that you'd owe us $2255 at this point...and we demand the WHOLE AMOUNT or we are going to keep your car!" Nope. Not kidding. These people are SHADY as a Carolina Dogwood tree! So, I had to go to a Veteran's help organization, and borrow the money. Did I mention this is my teenage daughter's car? I am not going to make my daughter cry because I ran into thieves, so I went out to find the money they were stealing from me. I got one of the organizations to agree to help out. Their ONLY requirement was that they wanted a LETTER SIGNED BY THESE THIEVES, stating that they weren't going to try and create any more fictitious bills for me, once they received the money they were already stealing. You guessed it, these shady bastards REFUSED TO SIGN that letter! There is only ONE reason a crook will not sign a letter saying you owe them no more money...and that is because they plan to try and steal more money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! There are hundreds of mechanic shops in the Triad, and now you know THIS one is a den of thieves! I worked in garages growing up, before I joined the Navy to go out and work on Destroyer Engines. I know, full well, that the way these jackals do business is NOT THE NORM! I only went to them because I bought the car from a friend, and my friend said they had worked on it historically. I figured, since they knew the car..."why not?" They told my buddy they'd put this engine for $4500. When I took possession of the car, that instantly became $5255. That is why I had to set up the payment arrangement on the extra $755 in the first place. And then, after they did the work and thereby had the customer by the balls...it jumped again to $5831...and they said I had to pay the FULL BALANCE immediately, or they were going
