Very pleased with recent work on my Subaru. They took care of some additional damage that occurred after the estimate but before the scheduled repair. Repair was done exactly when they said it would be. It was a fairly costly repair, but the car looks much better than before and close to new.

Good morning! I was in a bind today and William and Brett saved my day. Our school was putting together a load for our Carolina families in need. We secured a large order of 2 pallets of water with no way to transport it. One call to Pats William shifted his morning to fit the urgent need and boom Brett was on it and the water was delivered in a few short hours.

I’m a little late on this, but I wanted to give a huge shoutout to my driver, Matt. He did an amazing job with my wife’s car. Matt was extremely informative, knowledgeable, and quick to pick up the car. He even helped identify the issue with it. While I’m not sure how long he’s been doing this, his work shows he’s a pro. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with a towing company. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My F150 had a mechanical issue and lost power. My insurance company towing ETA was 90-120 minutes. I was on the side of Meadowlark in 100 degrees and really couldn’t wait that long. I called Pat’s towing and William came out in 20 minutes. He got me to the AC truck right away and was very professional. I can’t thank William and Pat’s enough! So thankful to have a trusted and professional shop close by.

We had taken our vehicle to Pat's for some minor collision damage and they were fast and efficient getting an estimate and in getting the job done. Several months later my wife was having trouble with her driver's door making a loud noises everytime opening and closing. The door sounded like it was coming off! Pat's employees removed the door panel and knew exactly what to do. They had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes. AT NO CHARGE! Great customer service is often times hard to come by these days. Pat's knows how to treat their customers! Hopefully we won't need to visit them again but if we do, I know where to go!

Pat’s Body Shop and Towing fully deserves this enthusiastic Five Star Review. While taking family members on I-40 to the airport in Greensboro we had a flat tire. After getting off the highway we discovered that the lug nuts had been tightened to the point that we were unable to change the tire and needed roadside assistance. When AAA estimated that we would have a two-hour wait for help, we called Pat’s. Brian arrived quickly and was extremely personable and professional as he fixed the problem and made sure that we got safely back on our way. I give Pat’s Body Shop and Towing—and Brian—my strongest recommendation. Should I ever need roadside assistance again, Pat's will get my call.

My vehicle was recently hit by someone else and I chose Pats body shop to repair my vehicle. They did an excellent job on the repair of my vehicle it looks just as good as before I was hit these people really work hard on doing a great job and providing the best customer service. They did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress of my repair whenever I would call to check and even had my vehicle ready a day earlier than the estimated completion date, they did an excellent job with the paint and body on my vehicle, I have used them at different times in the past for body work repair and have always been satisfied with the quality of work performed and the high level of great customer service I would highly recommend Pat's body shop if you are in need of any body work or mechanical repair you will find very polite people that take care of you with excellent customer service and will be glad that you patronized them. These people really do provide excellent quality and pride in the great work that they perform.

I could not have asked for a better experience with getting my car repaired. From the friendliness of the person in the front to the efficiency of the estimate. My car looks great after getting dented from a tree. I am very pleased with Pat’s.
