Where do I begin. I came to the Stanleyville location to replace the noisy worn out tires on my Jeep. The replaced them with a set of Kendas. But the guy working on it cross-threaded one of the lug nuts and just decided to run it in with the air gun (didnt know this til later). I paid, and drove out. I went a few hundred yards and heard an odd grinding sound. Turned around. Went back and found that the right rear lug nuts were only finger tight. They apologized and tightened the lugs.Take 2- I also had my truck tires changed there at the same time. I told the manager I didn’t want a noisy tire. He sold me a set of All-terrains. Turned out, they were incredibly loud. Initially I assumed they would quiet down after they wore in. NOPE!Then I had an incident that ruined one of them. Since they were an off-brand tire, I had to go back to these guys to get a replacement. I also had to replace the wheel.Brought them a new wheel and asked for the mount and to have the trim pieces from the old wheel moved to the new wheel. I also had them rotate the set while it was on the lift.Paid, pulled out and had the tire pressure warning light lit. Checked and all 4 were at different pressures from 40psi to 85psi. This is a 3/4 ton truck rears are to be at 80 and fronts at 65. A good tire shop would verify pressure before they sent the customer out. Then discovered that they didn’t move the trim pieces off the wheel. I was already home, so screw it, I’ll do it myself. Tried to loosen the lug nuts and even with a 24” Breaker bar, I couldn’t budge them. Went back to Parrish to have them loosen and re-torque them to the proper setting. They had trouble with their high power impact wrench. I asked the manager if they knew what a torque wrench was. Turns out they run the lugs in with the impact wrench and may or may not use the torque wrench after the fact which is NOT how it’s supposed to be done. Impact tools are for removal not installation. Imagine having a flat on the side of the road and having to have your vehicle towed because you can’t get the lugs off without a professional tool? So it’s either we use fingers for lug nuts or run them in so far you have to bring it back to get It changed!Suffice it to say, this store needs to have some remedial training for their technicians and some oversight by their managers.

Miranda at the front counter was pleasant, welcoming and professional. The service technicians were thorough and performed an excellent job with tires and oil change. The Manager Odwuin runs a tight shop. I recommend this store for all of your auto needs!

Pricing was exceptional compared to others service centers. They were able to finish the work much sooner than they estimated as well. Friendly, helpful and provided information and feedback as necessary.

Great service! It took no time for the mechanic to figure out what was going on. I needed wheel bearings on both sides ($846)and he got it done in less than 2 hours. He even offered to let me use a car while working on mine. Customer service exceptional! One of the first service stations I’ve been to with a Clean warm environment.

I asked for an oil change during my lunch break and when I came back, the bill was $35 more than the highest stated price. $12.99 per quart. They were quick and did a good job, just padded the stated price. Would have just not written a review and never gone back, but a day later they texted me inviting me to write this. Be careful what you ask for!

Made an appt and waited an hour after my appt time before they even looked at the car to tell me they couldn’t align it due to it’s been lowered. Frustrated I had to wait an hour after my appt time for them to let me know they couldn’t align it.

Charged over $1,100 to change alternator on my daughter's 2011 hyundai. Should have been no more than $400 to $700. I will be stopping by to speak with manager very soon. I see why they get so many bad reviews. Edit: After speaking with a general manager, they made it right. As with any garage, check sites like repair pal so you know what a repair should cost and you'll know if the quoted price is fair. Update! Changed oil in car and found they didn't remove splash guard when they raised passengers side of engine. Busted splash guard and now they refuse to replace it. Do not take your vehicle to parish tire! Crooks, liars, and jack leg mechanics that have no business working on anything. Just read all the bad reviews! They need to be shut down.

I came in for new truck tires with no appointment. After a short wait they fixed me up with a great set of Firestone all-terrain tires and they put on new brake pads. Everyone was polite and good at their jobs. They gave me free Gatorade while I waited.. The tires have a smooth quiet ride and they are guaranteed for 65K miles! It's reassuring to have good tires. Winter is coming!Service: Tires

I had a terrible experience at Parrish Tire. off Summit Square Blvd. I needed a front end alignment, so I brought my truck in to get it. I drop it off and they say it will be about 30 minutes. Then an hour later I call them to check, and they say it’s done. I head back over there, and they call me back and proceed to tell me that they did the alignment, but all the work that they did will not last and they have no warranty on the alignment because I need inner and outer tie rods. They should’ve called me before they did the work and I wouldn’t have had it done, and wasted $100. Then they tell me they’d be glad to do my tie rods for $595. I call my mechanic and he says that’s ridiculous and he can do it for half that price. So basically they did the work, knowing it wouldn’t last and knowing that they were simply making an easy $100.Update: They did a full refund, and made it right. Glad they did the right thing!

My 2nd visit. I don’t remember the receptionist name but she is very nice and super helpful!! I had to drop my jeep off bc it was leaking. I was not expecting a loaner vehicle for a few hours but they gave me one. My last oil change (not with Parrish tires) did not screw the cap on tight enough but the techs checked everything else he could. Definitely will be back to get tires Services: Tires

Great service! Just wish they had been more inquiring about what oil I wanted. I ended up paying more than I paid the previous oil change.

Where to start. I take my car in the get the e-break fixed and the "genius" that fixed it broke the covering between the cup holder and the shifter. Then got grease on my front passenger seat and on top of all they lost the rubber piece that goes into the cup holder. Never mentioned any of it to me and called me from another phone asking me if I wanted it fixed or just enough to pass inspection. When I tried to call them I got hung up on the first time and the 2nd time placed on hold. I wouldn't waste my time with this place. They are no better than Walmart or Sam's.UpdateYou call but can't leave a message? I asked to be called after 4:30 pm because due to my job I am unable to answer the phone. I don't know when I am having lunch because due to my job it changes everyday. But you just keep calling before 4:30pm and don't have the courtesy to leave a message.Update 09/13/2023. Still no call from them even after I called them back. They called one time and didn't leave a message. They refuse to call me back. The manager is a joke.
