My battery died .4 mile from their location. I called asking if they could come with jumper cables to crank my car. After a hold they said they would come in 1 1/2 - 2 hours for $225!Service: Battery service

If I could give less than one star I would. The website advertises 24 hr towing. I was stranded on the side of the highway for over 2 hours desperately trying to get a tow truck and these "fine people" couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. Thanks for nothing! Don't waste your time!!!

Saturday tow....I'm not sure how to rank this. I called parkway towing and got some kind of hub for tow trucks. Wasn't very pleased with the outcome. I got a very expensive bill and it took forever!
