My service advisor Drew was excellent and kept me informed throughout the process. After the initial repairs the service team noted another concern. Without question they addressed it and repaired all performance related issues. Aasha was the cherry on top and made the checkout and pickup process seamless. Great staff and service team at Parkway!

When I recently took my Ford Flex in to have the backup camera replaced, I was quoted $950. I declined, did research on my own, found a camera online for $33, and had it installed by another business for $100. It works perfectly and I saved over $800. I feel Parkway Ford tried to rip me off.
