Did Carfax reporting end?? This review is specifically about service as I've done no business with the sales department. I moved to Winston-Salem a year ago and the Parkway Ford North location is conveniently about 5 miles from home. I've had 4 or 5 services on my truck since the move. Last year in 2023 all services performed would show up on carfax within 5 days. My last 2 paid services this year in March and this month of July were nowhere to be found. I've had to spend extra time contacting carfax directly to open tickets and submitting my invoices so my service history can be accurately updated. Might be time to visit another dealer the next time I'm due for service. I don't want to repeatedly have to go through this extra work for something that should happen automatically.

What a horrible bunch of people!!! I took my truck in for an oil change, mind you I went past the time and mileage recommended for changing it. That being said, I was told after the oil change that, "the wrong drain plug was in and we replaced it." I said ok. Not 500 miles later the drain plug fell out on US 52and so did all of my oil. I barely got pulled off the shoulder before the drain pan was empty. I towed it to their shop and Kyle Hoyte told me, "I've never heard of this happening!" Never once did he offer to pay the $127towing bill. Needless to say I was upset about this whole ordeal. Not once in my 40 years of driving have I ever had this happen!!! There was np resolution so I called my sales person, he seemed like a voice of reason in the past

Purchased our 2020 Expedition brand new in March of 2021. Not long after the transmission began to mess up. We took it in and was told it was replaced. A few weeks ago the transmission began to mess up again. I called to see about getting it serviced and the lady taking appointments informed me the transmission guy is 6-8 months behind and they are not taking any appointments. I thought she was joking at first. I told her that was ridiculous and asked her just exactly what we were supposed to do. She literally told me he was just getting to cars from October. It’s now April. When I pushed her further she became very rude so I told her they have lost our business going forward. I called Randy Marion in Statesville. They got us in right away and also told us that Parkway never replaced our transmission but just put a bandaid on it. The part they should have used was available then, but they didn’t put it in. Randy Marion took care of us and we will now drive to Statesville for any service we need. They know what they are doing there.

Really nice folks. Had my truck in and out in short time the first time I was there. The second time they had to keep it over night but gave me a great car to drive until mine was ready. Good reliable work.

I’ve had my oil changed there 3 times this year and every time I do the price continues to go up. Not a dollar or 2. Like $10-$15 every time. Also I asked them to check and clean/replace my cabin air filter on my 2019 Mustang and after they changed my oil when I went to get the car back the mechanic said the car did not have a cabin air filter.. What a joke. Places will hire anyone nowadays. The car clearly has a cabin air filter.. anyways so they brought a different mechanic out and he proceeded to check the cabin air filter right in from of me with a very bad attitude. This will be the last time I take my Mustang back to this Ford dealership. Very unprofessional and has some under par mechanics.

I dropped off my 2015 F-150 XLT Eco Boost for the 100k service on a Thursday and I was just doing preventative maintenance, which included servicing the transmission. While serving the transmission, the vehicle stalled out multiple times and it lost reverse and they called me and told me that they would need to drop the transmission and possibly have to replace it. They asked me to take a loaner truck and they would update me Monday, after they had the transmission specialist come in and take a look at it to find out exactly what had went wrong. They called me on Monday and told me that they would need to replace the pump, because that appears to be what had failed while doing the transmission service. I spoke with Kyle the service manager in person, He assured me that they would do everything in their power to make this right! He had to make several phone calls to higher ups within the Ford company. They did not charge me for the transmission service and they went above and beyond to make sure that the issue that had been caused while they were doing the transmission service was at no cost to me! It ended up, leading into me getting a new pump for the transmission and a new torque converter and I only paid for the 100k service and resealing my rear differential, which is what I plan to pay originally.
Kyle The service manager is phenomenal, I would Highly Recommend Parkway Ford North, for any and all of your service needs!
These guys will make sure that your done right and you won’t have question there ethics!

I ordered a Maverick 377 days ago with Tyler Smith. Along my journey he stayed in contact with me whether he had updates or not. Tyler was very courteous and helpful and answered any questions or concerns I had. My Maverick arrived two days ago, and I was able to pick it up and meet Tyler for the first time in person. He was absolutely the best Car Salesman I have ever dealt with! He made me feel more like "family" than just another customer. If you need to purchase a vehicle, then go see Tyler Smith!' You will not be disappointed in his Customer Service skills!

Terrible service. If looking to buy vehicle stay far far away from this place. Crooks and liars is all you will find here. Service manager Kyle Voight is absolutely horrible to deal with. Service department will refuse to fix warranty issues and if something is damaged during service they will refuse to repair and return your vehicle the way it was brought in. Owner Ched Neal will not help to resolve issues and neither will Junie Michaels and are poor examples of leadership.They claim their goal is customer satisfaction, but far far from it. Salesman Ed Woods will lie to your face as he is often drunk on the job. If looking for a dealer to stand behind their vehicle and service this is not the place for you. Getting a lawyer and taking them to court. Don’t be their next victim.

I lost my lug-nut key to my explorer, I brought 4 lug nuts in to replace the key ones and they did it within minutes. Kyle and the team were fantastic.

In short…DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICES!!!Unless you want to treated like you don’t matter, and you’re a complete bother to them, feel free to visit this dealership. The service department is even worse. Specifically Chad, who sat back and allowed his staff to behave in the fashion they did. But the rest of the flunkies are not much better. No greetings upon entering the building, barely gave my wife and I any attention when they did manage to get off of their phones. This was an absolute dumpster fire of an experience. Thank goodness we don’t live locally. I feel sorry for those in that who have no other choice but to endure this horrific place. I’d rather drive ten miles in the opposite direction than to go back.
