Hanselee (I'm sure I've massacred his name ?) was very helpful this afternoon when I came in with problems with my car starting. He looked up my information and since the battery was under 3 yrs old (and I bought it there), it was still under warranty. He replaced my battery and said he was glad he could help.What awesome customer service from this young man! Thank you, Hanselee!

It is one thing to have an issue with parts, service and etc. It is ALL in how it is handled. We bought an axle from O' Reilly's and found that it had been returned and hardware was missing. So, we called and asked Jeremy here to check the other one they had in stock at this store before we get it. We get the second "new axle" from this store and found an original factory used part in the box. Meaning that someone put the new axle on their car and returned their original failed part to the store. Not only did someone allow this and not check the contents, but this store also didn't check the part as we asked before wasting our time with getting the part. I then speak with the manager here and was just told "Alright." Obviously this is a parts store, and you can only expect so much, but They could clearly not care less and this effects people time, cars, repairs and more.

Bought a bulb from them for a headlight. I went there because it said online that they install them. They told me no, when I asked. They said their manager wouldn't let them. I was disappointed. I have medical issues. I needed help. Very poor business

I have to use a cane so carrying things is difficult. The guys there are great! They'll go get me the item(s) and bring them to the checkout counter for me. On occasion they will carry them to my car. This is my go to store.
