“Shattalon Tire and Automotive are a group of great mechanics I am really appreciative of thier knowledge feedback and help! I have older vehicles I only trust a few mechanic shops with the safety of my daughter and the other drivers I encounter on the road and just like Mt Airy Tire and Automotive , Shattalon Tire and Automotive makes the cut they are a very hardworking group of Mechanics very trustworthy and knowledgeable! Great prices fast service and dependable work they put an entire coolant system into my 1984 Camaro Z28 all except for a new thermostat because as they expresses if it isn't broke don't fix it and the truth is my cars temperature doesn't go above 190 and I'm pretty sure that's the temperature my 1984 CamaroZ28 thermostat is supposed to have. I called them with an emergency I woke up one morning and realized my radiator was cracked so they ordered the radiator then realized the water pump was old and leaky and was able to order a new one that day and get me back on the road they suggested new hoses because the previous owner had chrome hoses as he was using it as a show car and not a daily driver and also a reservoir tank because my old one was leaking coolant and not reliable they was able to do all of this work in a few hours time and priced the repair very reasonable and will always recommend their Mechanics shop to people who value the safety of themselves and others!”

“Icame in at 11:30 on a Saturday for an inspection. The gentleman who work here are exceptional. They could teach a workshop on customer service!! Shawn (the manager, I think) came out to my car immediately. I was finishing a phone call and he was patient and gracious. All four of the service technicians were kind, positive and engaging. (And it was a hot July day!!) They were fast and efficient. I highly recommend this business!!”

“I have been coming to this place for oil changes and inspections for years. The bad reviews do not make any sense to me because my experience has always been quick, easy and the work completed correctly. This shop is friendly, efficient and the price is right. Don’t expect a luxurious waiting room with sodas and snacks instead expect quick service with honest staff. I have NEVER been sold or attempted to be sold something for my car that it did not need. The free vacuum and windshield wash is a nice touch. They even send a follow up card with a coupon towards the next oil change. Hope this help.”

“I went to the service center at 2pm on Tuesday to get a new tire on my car. It was locked up so I went to customer service to find out what the hours were for the service center. No one knew. Skye was very patient, courteous and professional. I started calling Walmart at 7am Wednesday morning to make an appointment to get a tire on my car. I spoke to Skye 3 times and finally spoke with Mason about 9am. Mason checked to make sure they had the tire I needed before I made the almost hour long trip there. I showed up and Steve and Angel came out to check my tire. I asked Steve to keep me updated and let me know how much the tire would cost before they mounted it. As I was watching I saw Angel putting the new tire on the wheel but Steve hadn't come and told me how much it would cost. I told Mason about it so he checked for me. Steve never came back to talk to me. Mason was very patient and courteous with me. He went the extra mile. Angel was also very courteous and helpful when I pulled back around and had some questions.”
“The store manager Stanley Baker was amazing, his customer service is beyond amazing. From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out he was nothing but kind and respectful. This man goes above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. He is the only reason I will be returning to this location for all of my future oil changes. I had a small issue when bringing my car in, Stan was quick to resolve my issue with a more then reasonable resolution. He took great care of me and I am very appreciative of this man and all the hard work he does. Again Mr. Baker’s customer service was the best I have ever experienced at any business I have ever went to. I will definitely be a repeat customer for as long as Mr. Baker is employed at this jiffy lube location.”

“Have you ever brought your car in to be serviced and braced yourself for the price estimate? Well, that was us recently when our car's computer alerted us that we needed new brakes. However at PARRISH AUTO SERVICE on Peacehaven near Robinhood, they really showed their integrity. They looked at the brakes and said they didn't care what the computer said, we didn't need new brakes, yet. They could have simply done the work and taken our money, but that didn't happen. Use this place if you want quality auto service and people with integrity!!”
