I went in to find a usps label maker. I asked a woman for help and she went to the back and said she be right back. She came back, and ignored me. I saw 11 customers in there and the register was closed. What’s going on here? I got my item on Amazon. Please just bring on the AI employees. This store would benefit greatly.

Don't go there.They are so insensitive and rude.They made me make 2 trips to the store but still refused to work on my books.The guy at the printing area literally sent me out of the store.It was an awful experience.

I was waiting at the checkout counter, and there was 2 employee standing in the middle of the sales floor having a personal conversation. It took them 5mins before they even acknowledged me.

In 3 years of dealing with this particular location, Marie in printing made it a pleasant visit. The company I work for uses office depot for office supplies and printing. Usually the employees at this location try to complicate the simplest task. But not today! Thank you Marie for printing the copies that I needed and letting me pay for my entire order with 1 transaction! You have set the bar high! Hopefully the rest will follow your lead and continue in the examples you have set for great customer service!

A young woman named Marie attended to my my needs making three collated copies of a one of a kind very valuable document. My father’s journal from 1941-1946. It is of historical importance and extremely valued by my family.
Marie did it all PERFECTLY. She was friendly, helpful, intelligent, efficient, and knew what she was doing!!! She CARED!! This is very rare these days. I would recommend her being given a raise and a promotion. She should have her own store.
I was one of the best in the world at what I did for a career, and I would have loved having a person like Marie on my crew. In fact that’s precisely how everyone I hired was. Marie is a keeper. Please do well by her.

The incompetence at this location is astounding. Terribly ridiculous customer service, slow, and just plain awful. If you can avoid it, don’t go.

The employees are nice, but the processes are ridiculous. Have to be told that State Farm now offers insurance on my $10 mouse, turn it down, then insurance on my $7 usb, turn it down. I state that I just want to pay for my two items and that’s it…but then “have you signed up for our $50 premium membership.” Then “how much” not “do you” want to donate to this random school….finally make it through 3 customers going through all that with one clerk, while multiple other workers are doing other things. Then to the print area…usb area not working. Finally get to a print worker and it took literally 15 mins to get 40 pages. Asked for my phone number (twice), address, tons of other info and then my kids social security number (joking on the last one). All of this to print 40 sheets of paper.I should have been in there 5 mins and it took 35. The people are nice, but OD is stuck in 1998, and it’s no wonder so many locations are going out of business.

Staff in Winston Salem not helpful in person or over phone. Was on hold an hour for centralized customer service. Ridiculous!

I’m so pleased with the experience I had today at this location as soon as I walked in, I was assisted voluntarily by Cuban, and even as I was on the aisle studying what I was looking for another associate - Linda offerree her assistance to me! I don’t do reviews often at all, but I thought it was very noteworthy today!
