Today I had a very bad experience in this place that I have frequented 4 times... I went to get my nails done for my wedding and the lady who took care of me really didn't know what she was doing. She gave me some very poorly done nails, she left them very short, and they were very different from the ones I ordered...it seemed like a beginner made them...the owner tried to fix them but they still didn't turn out the way I asked for them, they didn't look anything alike...and they also charged me almost $70 dollars for a poorly done job...photo on the right is what I asked for, photo on the left are the ones they did for me ?

I always have the best experience with all the employees here at NYC Nails they are so professional and welcoming to all guest which I love the most about them. This time I decided to get a short French tip with jasmine and she did an amazing job,her work was so precise, Neat and clean.Here at NYC I always feel like family ?

I get the feeling that the nail techs here don't really care about the final result of the nails. They did absolutely amazing with my eyebrows though.
