It’s was an awesome experience. Every time I come to get ALL OF MY CARS serviced over here it’s great. Even before they converted to Mavis , DT had just as extraordinary service. They were well mannered and honest while still upholding their professional aspect. Mike was super helpful. Very intelligent and knowledgeable. He is always a hoot and very hilarious. I enjoyed my time there and they were efficient on timing. I recommended anyone to get their car serviced there.

My man Mike over at NTB off fairlawn dr really came through and helped me out when I needed it. Hooked me up with the right tire and everything for a great price. You can tell this place truly cares about you as a person and not just making money. Everybody come give them your business

I have been coming to this specific location for several years. They always take care of me and are very polite and friendly. I have been to other locations that are not nearly as helpful. They communicated with me serious issues, and made things right when my tires wore faster than usual. I left happy and with good tires and oil change. The employees are the best part about this location, truly very kind.

I had a slow leak in my tire from a screw. Mike and BJ got my car in quickly and repaired the issue. They also did a through inspection of the tires and the brakes and offered recommendations on repairs. Their service was friendly, quick and complete! Would highly recommend!

Positive experience. July 12, 2024 my wife's vehicle broke down near the store. One of the employees came over and helped her get the vehicle over to their shop. Angel ran an electronic diagnostics (battery, alternator, and starter tests). Awesome customer service all around. Thanks to BJ too.
