Chop shop!! ⚠️ they reuse tools between clients, and use unsafe tools in their pedicures. Do NOT go to places that use a rasp/"cheese grater" for pedicures.

I really enjoyed it the younger lady was very nice. She was very gentle because I have sciatic nerve and Arthritis real bad. Thank you for this day. I will be back soon.

Nail elegance is a very clean, friendly and efficient nail salon. It is located on University Parkway in the Sam’s shopping center. It is a very convenient location. They get you in and out with little or no waiting time!! Go by and get your nails done the prices are right!

I am usually very satisfied with my nails but today I'm not. My nails are extra thick and lumpy. They dont even look professionally done. I am so upset. They lady rushed to get done. I was in and out in 30 mins.

When you call and ask if there is a wait and they say no and you're 2 min away. Then you get there and ask if there is a wait for a pedicure, and they say no and sit you in a seat. You don't expect to wait 20 min for someone. When customers ask these questions, it's for a reason. Don't just ignore someone and tell them yes. It's rude, inconsiderate, and bad customer service. This is the 2nd time this happened here, I'm not going back.

First, I've been coming here for years, visited other salons but always came back for services because the techs were top notch in my opinion.
I needed to have gel polish removed and nails cut down. Wanted to give nails a rest, so requested a basic mani. to give my nails a break.
Was treated as if I asked for the most expensive services but for free! ( I didn't).
The tech was awful. She pulled at my cuticles, pulling skin more than twice. The clear polish was slapped on and smudgy since she felt i didnt seserve to have my nails properly dried.
I asked for the mgr/ owner and when she appeared, I showed her my nails and told her what happened & the question was asked, "what do you want us to do about it?"
I told her there's nothing I want done since you had to ask that AFTER seeing the condition of my nails.
Long story short, I will not be returning and have shared this with everyone I know. If long time customers are treated this way, new customer be warned.
Too many other salons to choose from to be treated so unprofessionally.

Don’t bother making an appt because you won’t get in anyways. Showed up 10 minutes early for my 11am appt, waited 5 minutes at the door for them to let us know to go sit down and it will be around 15 minutes wait, so 11:10. 11:30 rolled around and I walked out. It looked like a nice place. But they did not honor my appt or my time.

Hands down the best experience I've had at a salon. Unfortunately I had to arrive an hour before closing due to not having enough time. But they still squeezed in my mom and I for two pedicures and a manicure ! Never rushed either and made us feel very welcomed. Would recommend this place to anyone ☺️
Cleanliness: Very clean salon , no dirt or crud anywhere !
