Helen is amazing I walked in about a hour and half before closing with no appointment thinking it’d be too late to get in but she did it. And I loved it! It was perfect for my wedding. Thank you HELEN

Ahhhh NO Ma'am... 3time of 5 your salon tore my nail UP...1st time the older lady dug so deep she dugged me to the white meat couldn't get my nails done for a whole 2 months ? 2nd time I paid $50 for a fill-in and natural pink polish ?the nail tech had so many lumps and each nail was a different shape once you had time to look at it.... so said to my self I wanted to give it one more try but this time only the owner is touching my nails since she did my nail PERFECT twice....so I sat down express my concern she agreed yes only her from now on ask for my nails to be removed because the last nail tech as I mentioned before lump upy nail and gave me tear drop shaped nail on 3 finger ?any who ........baaabyyyy why I say she went so fast hard and deep with that electric filer thingy 2sec into it she done filled down to the last layer of nail almost to the pink meat ?I HOPED UP AND GOT OUTTA THERE SO FASTTTTT like aht aht that's ENOUGH let me just GoO ....oooooo beyond pissed is what I wasNEVERRRRRRR AgAin

This place tried to remove my gel polish with acetone that she put on a tiny bowl that MAYBE would fit a toddlers hand. She kept asking me to put both of my hands inside.... that is literally impossible. Do I need to continue? Then she tried to use a nail file to remove my nail a few minutes after, hurt like hell... After that she proceeds to try and file it down with the nail drill, burning my nail... and finally she wants to charge me $20 for this... when their site says $13. I told her this and she said she would give me a deal at $17.... Won't be coming back here.

Helen was very sweet! Customer service was a 10/10. But unfortunately, after I have left the salon and had time to look at my nails… I am not satisfied!! Both of my hands look different from each other. Each French tip looks different on all 10 nails. I feel my nails look almost curved like claws of an animals… also to add they are very thick. None of my nails look all the same. Fair to mention some of their pricing is decent.. the last picture was what I wanted. Not what I received…
