Sent my friend in for an appointment and paid for it. It was supposed to be a $50 white acrylic nails. Medium/small length. They cut her fingers up, and didn't smooth it out all the way and charged $70....they're scammers, don't even bother with this salon. They suck.

I tried to give this place a chance too many times. The pedicure is more like a leg massage. They spend more time putting lotion on your legs versus actually doing feet. $85 is more than upscale spa pricing.

Great service but some of the technicians are extremely rude and rough. My sister did not like her nails one day and was disrespected because of it to the point where there was a yelling match. It was extremely humiliating and she was so hurt by it. It was actually our favorite place to go at one time.Services: Nail extensions

Not happy with the treatment my daughter received today. She was not listened to at all. She got this one man that seemed very sketchy from the beginning. He didn’t listen to her when she said she wanted SNS. Started right away giving her acrylics. Did not pay attention to her design request. Decided to use glitter even though she didn’t want it. The outcome of this! Horrible nails! 100% awful!!! Worst I had ever seen. Some of them pointing straight up. Lumpy as heck! Not even smooth. And the worst part of it all….he filled burnt her on two fingers!!!! Chunks of her real Nail missing! She was bleeding. After we had a fit and spoke with the manager they redid her nails. The wouldn’t do a money return and take the nails off… they wanted to take them off and redo them. The ONE lady that works there is amazing! She apologized multiple times and took care of my daughter to make things right. We do appreciate her. But as far as the “new guy” he needs to go back to school!

Me and my daughters went there. My grand daughter was getting her nails done I guess it was a new guy there. He did damage to her own nail. When he was done with her nails. It really looked bad!!!! Talked to the manger and he had another person. Redo her nails and now they are beautiful. They need to train him on doing nails. Her real nails. And then when the lady fixed her nails again. I can say this much the other employees was very sorry bout her experience there..

i appreciated they got me in as a walk-in quickly. However, i dont think then gentleman who did my mani was well trained. for example, did not open a new kit of sanitized tools in front of me. didn't ask how i like my nail tips. painted layers too quickly, not allowing a good dry. i don't feel confident enough to go back.
