Charged double for an eye exam and refuse to give refundAlso deceptive practices when pricing eye exams. Was told $143 for eye exam including pictures. Had the exam, then came out to talk about glasses. Was told by the sales lady that for $200 total including exam she could get me glasses. I agreed then she told me total was $253 not $200.Then was told it’s $253 because I opted for the eye pictures even though the $143 included them. Apparently you can get an eye exam with a live doctor not a virtual one for $99 not including pictures. This was never offered to me, all I was offered was a $143 eye exam.On top of that, they ran my card for $143 then ran it again for a total of $286 and refuse to issue a refund when I returned the next day. Manager admitted they had charged too much the previous day and assured me it would drop off that night. It did not so I returned the next day only to be refused a refund.Do not go here period!!

Jess was the best Tech and the equipment is the latest. Was a carefree visit Dr Shin explained everything so throughly answering all questions! Highly recommend!

Come here! Jess, Cindy, the doctors are amazing! Recently I made the transition to Contacts and they were phenomenal! But the true service is how quickly they get you in, how much they explain, pay attention, and help you find the best deals. Jess is equally amazing! I came in every day for two to three days to have my glasses fixed and without hesitation, charge or anything she fixed them with no judgment. This is the best place!!!

Great experience! Easy check-in process, called back right on time for appointment and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Dr. Vu was fantastic, very personable and thorough in explanations. Excellent doctor.

Terrible Customer service! We order the glasses with My Eye Dr. they gave an ETA time of 1 week, is has been 3 weeks and my wife still with no glasses!! they dont call to give you an update, they have zero empty with the situation, every time i call they give me a different ETA, and never delivery!! It has been the worst experience ever, I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE

Never will go back there, horrible service and poor attitude.After spending with them over $1,500 this year they could not bother to send me 2 pair of glasses I had to get repaired (new lenses, $800), do to being a victim of a violent crime to my home.Its a 40 min drive for me and I am still recuperating and found out I had more medical problems, so its a little difficult for me right now to travel.No they charged me $7 for mailing it and had an attitude about it.Americas Best dose this for free!On top they should have first checked my insurance to make sure they decline this before billing me full price for this.Also felt like the service person was not sure what he was doing, new to the job and no help from the co workers.Terrible place.

I truly wish that I had read a few of these reviews before my latest experience. I see Dr. Davis for exams and I've never questioned that experience but my experience with the eyewear sales department was quite different. At the end of my exam, I was directed to an associate and I proceeded to explain to her that I was only interested in paying my bill and getting a copy of my prescription for the new lens because I wasn't interested in changing frames. She confidently assured me that they could order and insert lens for the frames that I was wearing. She took all the necessary measurements, wrote down the charges after insurance, then stated that the last thing needed was to pop out the lens and measure the inside area of the frame where the lens would reside. When she returned with my glasses and I placed them on my face I could not see.She took them to the back on 3 different occasions to pop the lens out and each time that she returned, I couldn't see. I had a Board meeting that evening and needed to leave so I used a pair of sun glasses to get home. The next day I went to the place where I originally purchased the glasses and they fixed the problem. The lens are round and the associate had put them in backwards. The left lens was placed in the space for my right lens and vice versa. The sight in my right eye is worse than that in my left eye.To shorten a long story. I was notified that my new lens were at the store; I arrived to get them inserted; the same associate waits on me and after a good 20-30 minutes, comes out to tell me that my frames were broken. She offered to give me a deep discount on a new frame and stated that the lens would be added at no cost to me. When I looked at her and stated that I didn't want new frames she suggested that I could super glue the frames, adding that she could not super glue them but I certainly could. The frames that I already possessed, which she said were in good shape during all the measuring were now according to this same associate old and susceptible to breaking from the stress of being popped in and out. Might I add that they were popped in and out more times in the 2 visits that I made to this establishment than in any other in their lifetime. I requested and received a refund for the cost of the new lens but now I have the added cost of either paying someone to repair the frames I currently own or purchasing a new frame. Needless to say, I will never use their eyeglass department again and will actively search for another ophthalmology group. Also, I will never refer anyone to them. I asked for reimbursement for the broken frames if I can find a bussiness to repair them but was told that was not possible. I was thanked for being so detailed in my description of the incident and assured that the info I shared would be used for training purposes...which I suspose is their company equivalent to "thoughts and prayers."

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Cindy has gone above and beyond to assist me with meeting my needs for eye care and glasses selection. I had some very specific needs and she has not given up helping me find something that would work. Her kindness was genuine and she is extremely knowledgeable and talented. I appreciate her tenacious attitude and customer service was unmatched. I also received great service from Dr Davis and my eyecare technician.

Aubrey was amazing! She helped me pick out glasses and was patient with me throughout the whole process and answered all my questions thoroughly. Most importantly Aubrey was extremely nice to me from the time I walked in to the time I left. Dr. Elizabeth Davis was also absolutely amazing!!! Very positive and helpful. 10/10 recommend “MyEyeDr” nice staff all around. I have found “MyEyeDr” ?

I booked an appointment a month ago and they decided to cancel it the day of. I tried calling several times through the week, could not get an answer!! I explained to them I will find another doctor who cares about their patients!! Maybe they should pay me for the missed appointment.
