Horrible experience, called last week to get schedule for a car lift. During this time, I was “schedule” and given an estimate. Arrived at scheduled time just to find out, I was not scheduled, kit needed was not ordered. Now I have to reschedule my tires/wheels being placed on.

I have order a lot of parts through them and every time I walked in their door I had a great experience. They never rushed me and were very patient and supplied a lot of very helpful knowledge! I will absolutely keep using them and highly recommend them to anyone!

I got my head lights fixed, the hospitality was great. They told me how long it would take; since I had no appointment. It was even a little before time getting it back to me. All around good service. David took the time to tell me about the difference in the head lights.

I have had two things done at this establishment.I picked out some rims and had my rims changed and they put the wrong rims on my car and then tried to tell me the ones on my car were the ones I ordered.The second and last time I went to Modern Auto extras I had just purchased a $50,000 XP Toyota 4Runner and wanted to have remote start put on.My husband followed me up there and we spoke on the way and agreed to have breakfast. This is important because it shows that my communication system worked before I went to Modern Auto extras to get remote start. When I left with my 4Runner I had no voice control and my car has been in the shop at Modern Toyota ever since.Modern Toyota has ordered a new microphone, that did not work. Now, we are waiting on a new computer for the front end.They have disconnected the battery for long period of time. Nothing is working.Modern Auto extras assumes no responsibility. They said that my problem didn't have anything to do with remote start (which by the way after they installed it I asked for the packaging so I could read how to use it and they said there was no packaging).A brand new 4Runner with 24 miles. Now, I'm in a rental from Modern Toyota waiting on a new computer system for my brand new 4Runner.I'm not writing this review to hurt anybody I am stating the facts and I have proof. I just want people to know from this review to go here at your own risk.
