Side note: Growing up as a woman in the rural South, you kind of learned a little bit about a lot of things. I know the basics of how how an engine works, but I couldn't take one apart/put it back together. It's important to find those tradesmen and subject matter experts that we can rely on and trust to not take advantage of our ignorance. I trust Mock Tire and all of their staff to provide us with quality service and honest work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going out here for years and I can tell you that everyone in their front office is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. There is no push to spend money and if you need an honest opinion, whether to keep a car or junk it, these are your people!

My whole family has had good experiences with this location for many years. Their prices are very fair and we all find them trustworthy. Recently, I brought my car for an oil change, inspection, and to recharge my dead A/C. They don't make appointments for things like that, but even though it was busy when I dropped my car off, they got all the work done in just a few hours. They did a thorough job and also rotated the tires. What I want to highlight is how they went above and beyond for me this time. Right before I brought the car to them, I had gone on a 4 day work trip and when I got my car from the airport parking lot, it was infested with ants! Being busy, I had to bring my car to Mock without having a chance to deal with the ant problem. I apologized and explained when I dropped it off, and somehow when I picked it up, there wasn't a single ant in the car. I don't know what magic they worked (powerful vacuum?), but it really was a huge relief to have all the work done on the car AND not have to deal with the ants. Thanks, Mock!!!

This place is always packed but in a good way, know a lot of people that bring all their tires and brakes here, can't speak on price I'm out of touch, but dudes are chill and while it's first come first serve when they get to you they do it quickly and thoroughly.
