I called about a possible nail in my tire and when I arrived, the tech came out and I pointed to what I thought was the nail (I had no idea), and he immediately told me I needed a new tire and it couldn’t be repaired. Didn’t even get close enough to look at the spot I was referencing. Just wanted me to purchase a tire. I brought it to get a second opinion and it was a rock… if he would have taken the time to LOOK at the tire, he would have found that it was totally repairable, had a leak from the middle of the tire… that’s money you lost today Mock!!! I recommend NTB for all your tire needs.

My son Bought two new tires one week ago today and one of the new tires popped. While he was an hour from home when he called Mock Tire to ask about replacing the tire he just bought he was told by Mock tire on Stratford Rd that he was basically S.O.L because he didn’t buy a warranty. Since when do tires not come with a manufacturer warranty for so many miles? And he has only had the tire since April 1st. Thieves, I would not recommend using them.

WILL NOT GO BACK.. Charged me for an inspection on car, that did not pass due to window tint he said. $10 tint test. Total $33.75. I told the guy he had my number to call in the system.
It wasn't my first time at this location. Why continue on my car w/o calling. I feel they could of looked and called me before completing the job,but remember I'm talking to guy behind desk. Took car else where and passed my 2003 for 13.60. Sad $33.75 gone

Sitting in the waiting room and overheard some of the best customer service I've witnessed in a long time!!
An elderly lady needed new tires on her vehicle, she knew the name X (not disclosing name) and said, I guess put X on. The employee asked her how many miles she traveled monthly and she said "I travel to the grocery store". The Employee told her how many miles the X was rated for, and she could probably go with mid-grade to still have comfort and the mileage that were less money and would better meet her needs - "since you don't travel a lot, X expensive tires would probably dry rot before she would get full use out of them. What I say to that - WOW!! This Employee could have sold this elderly customer the more expensive tire and she would have been none the wiser. That's putting the customer first if I've ever seen! Honesty is so difficult to find!!

Good guys who allow and fix problem questions. One might be aware that dealerships might exploit an issue and "replace the whole problem at great expense". I have always found Mock to be absolutely reliable.
