    Just unboxed my Mocean Hi-Vis Lime/Black outer carrier and I'm thrilled with it. Perfect fit for both my armor and my body, super light without feeling like it's going to rip, and a perfect match to the Blauer polo I'm issued. The velcro is crisp and I'm convinced will do well.
