“So me and my wife came in to see what was going on with our phones. We met the manager Mike. After just sitting and talking with him for several minutes about everything but phones. We decided it was time to get new phones for both of us. The reason I am posting this is because no one has ever just took the time to listen to a couple of 85 year old couple. I recommend Mike to everyone I know or see. He is absolutely a great man and a great person.”

Goodbye AT&T and Direct TV…And the channels we now get…..Wow! Be patient as you make the changes. They certainly will be. Go to the Peters Creek Parkway store. Ask for Eli….JJ….and Sully!!! “Clean location with friendly and helpful folks behind the counter. They were able to help me get my wife's phone number retrieved to a new SIM card after her phone was stolen. As an aside, whoever stole that phone, you picked the wrong one! Cricket service as a whole, I've had them for years, here in the Triad and back when I lived in NY. I have typically had great service, and they offer a good variety of options for monthly data and phone service. You can buy phones direct or bring your own. Customer service is unfortunately limited, as even the store staff have to call a number to help you with what you need. When I tried to call, the wait time was ridiculous, and they never did get to me via phone. Still, it's not often I need their customer service, and they manage to provide what I need in a phone service. The app is a tad buggy, but I am able to switch up service on the fly so that I can add data when I need it but also pay less when I don't need it. Thanks for good service and value, Cricket. And to whoever broke in my car and stole that phone, I suggest you sleep with one eye open!”

“My cell phone needed a charging port and was fixed a week later and has since been repaired 5 times due to faulty parts. This was an experience I never thought I would go through from a professional repair shop. To that effect they have repaired it every time free of charge”

“The man who did my screen was awesome, Very nice and welcoming, came in within the last hour or so of closing and he got me right the same day, very affordable, 125 dollars for my iPhone 11. The replacement screen does have minor issues with responsiveness, sometimes i have to click the same thing 5 or more times for it to respond. But by no means at all will that decrease the stars on this review, The people here are great and i definitely recommend to anyone who needs a phone fixed”
