“So me and my wife came in to see what was going on with our phones. We met the manager Mike. After just sitting and talking with him for several minutes about everything but phones. We decided it was time to get new phones for both of us. The reason I am posting this is because no one has ever just took the time to listen to a couple of 85 year old couple. I recommend Mike to everyone I know or see. He is absolutely a great man and a great person.”

However, in less than 15 minutes, Timothy resolved my issues and enlightened me about my Samsung phone. Therefore, I will continue to be a Version customer as I have been since the 1980's. “Clean location with friendly and helpful folks behind the counter. They were able to help me get my wife's phone number retrieved to a new SIM card after her phone was stolen. As an aside, whoever stole that phone, you picked the wrong one! Cricket service as a whole, I've had them for years, here in the Triad and back when I lived in NY. I have typically had great service, and they offer a good variety of options for monthly data and phone service. You can buy phones direct or bring your own. Customer service is unfortunately limited, as even the store staff have to call a number to help you with what you need. When I tried to call, the wait time was ridiculous, and they never did get to me via phone. Still, it's not often I need their customer service, and they manage to provide what I need in a phone service. The app is a tad buggy, but I am able to switch up service on the fly so that I can add data when I need it but also pay less when I don't need it. Thanks for good service and value, Cricket. And to whoever broke in my car and stole that phone, I suggest you sleep with one eye open!”
