Went to an interview here in November and was told I got the job. 3 follow up calls and weeks later i was reassured that I got the job and would be receiving an email soon. I was supposed to be hired seasonally for the winter holidays, and I never received that email or any other forms of contact. I've found no way of contacting the person who was supposed to hire me, so I am writing this review. I really wanted to work here. Do better Michaels, at least dont tell people who really need a job that you are hiring them and then ghost them.

Took my picture to get it framed and matted. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend Michael's for framing. Employee's were very helpful, showed me several options for my picture. They were right on point. Thank you

Absolutely no one to help with a custom frame. There is a sign asking you to go to the front for assistance, and you do, and there is one person only, upfront and she is the cashier

Def deserves 5 stars but y'all need to reopen! Saying "Visit our other Location"- that's in Greensboro, so far ! y'all need to open the store so the Winston people can not be stressed traveling for a canvas and paint!

Horrible experience. Very meager selection for anyone wanting high quality products for painting with oils. NO hogshair brushes.And it's all self-checkout now. I will never go there again.Oh, how I miss AC Moore!

I had a list with seven items I needed. These were all things you'd expect to be able to find in an art store, so I thought it would be a simple in and out trip; it was not. I found one thing, then tried to find the rest with no luck, so I went to a sales associate for help finding an item and she told me exactly where to find it... Only it wasn't there and the people who worked in that area said it wasn't in their section and told me exactly where to find it.... In the section I'd just left. I never found the item. I wasted 45 minutes doing a scavenger hunt in this dark, dingy store and finally gave up and left without even buying the one thing I found. Then I went to Hobby Lobby where I easily found what I needed any was out of there in 15 to 20 minutes. I don't even like Hobby Lobby, but at least I was able to get what I needed there.
