The lady was nice when we got our new phones and service. But she didn't transfer nothing to from our old phones to our new ones. When she put the screen protector on my phone, she left a bubble. As I didn't know that it was getting bigger after a week. I went back for to fix tge problem and to help me set up the auto pay she told me that I would have to pay for a new one for something that she did. Also when we go there, she was helping a guy to transfer their stuff from their old phone to the new one. So I guess she only does that for certain people.
