I would give this place 10 stars if I could. There is a woman there by the name of Maya I believe it was. She was very polite, kind and very helpful. I had my own phone and she activated it for me and sold me a very nice case and a tempered glass cover to go on it. She explained everything and made it all very smooth to understand. I found it a real pleasure to do business there.

0 stars isn't low enough. Don't give this franchised location your business. Liars and cheats, they will mess up your account. She added services without my knowledge or permission. She CHANGED THE NAME ON MY ACCOUNT TO MELVIN.... I'm guessing to make me look like a new customer. She used us to get some kind of bonus or incentive. When all was said and done my bill that should have been $120 a month ended up being $260 when it came time to pay the next month....... Spent an hour on the phone with customer care to fix it all. And they said she would be investigated, and I hope she gets her Karma. Below is what she did so you don't fall for it.We needed 1 new line and a replacement phone for a line we already had. Convinced us to get a lower grade phone because we had a "coupon" that gave us the phone for cheap and 2 free tablets. Then convinced us to add another line for the phone that needed replacing to do the same thing and we sould get 2 phones for cheap and 4 tables and could easily swap numbers with the new phone to have the old number on the new phone later and drop that extra line, WITHOUT TELLING US THAT IT COSTS MONEY TO SWAP LINES. Then on these 2 phone lines, she added an additional premium service for $10 each without asking me.I specifically asked "So these are just free tablets, correct? They will not be hooked up to any kind of service, right?" And she looked me in the eye and said, "No service on these, just free tablets for you." THAT WAS A LIE, 4 tablets at $20/mo each on my bill the next month. There is some kind of bonus they get from doing this that makes it worth giving away the tablets for free.I really hope they don't keep getting away with manipulating their customers like this to falsely increase their sales.....

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. There is a guy there by the name of Harlan I believe it was. He was very polite and very helpful. I had my own phone and he activated it for me and sold me a very nice case and a tempered glass cover to go on it. He explained everything and made it all very easy to understand. I found it a real pleasure to do business there.
