I am dissatisfied. I have been paying on time with them for years and now they come out saying that I can't pay for my service and that I have to buy new phones, I can't keep my same numbers, why are they 4G and only 5G are going to work? What do you think?

Do not go to this location. I went in and asked about a phone and the rep said it was 240.00 with my upgrade. After paying I looked around and saw the info card for the same phone which said 169.99 with an upgrade. I asked about it and she said her manager hadn't replaced the old cards. They didn't have a case so I went down the street and when I asked about the same phone and upgrade he said for me it would be 169.99. I also noticed that when I looked in my bag that she didn't even give me a receipt. She I went back to the store and asked for it she said she couldn't print it and would have to call her manager for an access code. She also said let me get you a copy of it so you don't think I'm taking money from you. We waited for 20 min and then apparently the manager was in a meeting with the owner on a Saturday at 6:19. Needless to say I had to contact customer service and probably won't ever see that money again.

I am so disappointed I came in to switch my phone to another phone which was already mine and was told I had to pay a activation fee of $50. Mind you my service is already active. When I called customer service I was told no payment was even posted on my account. So Most likely she pocketed my money. Definitely don’t recommend coming here. What kind of business is this. Customer service also said the device switch fee is 21 with some cents. They definitely should be fired for stealing from loyal customers.
