I came to this store very frustrated. Whitney, the store manager, worked with me and gave me outstanding customer service. After she showed me so much empathy for my situation she offered her understanding nature of concern by letting me know that my situation was uniquely similar to hers. She overstood my situation and was the perfect manager to offer me the best customer service I have ever experienced at any metro store. And I have lived in 4 county's: alamance, Guilford, Forsyth, and Mecklenburg, and she was the best! Hands down. Thank you Whitney.

Whitney and kimise helped me out fast and quick.. so sweet and helpeful told me everything i needed to know about the home internet.. needless to say im leaving with 5g home internet and i have 3 happy kids who can enjoy wifi all day and night!You girls rocked and helped me out so much.. I'll send ppl you guys way for sure.. thanks ladies ❤️

They sold me a phone for $120 never gave me a receipt and did not explain what I paid for . I'm really upset with the service at this store also my payment is $116 even tho I told them I need separate account with one phone only now I have 2 lines that I don't even need . It's the worst experience ever.

I had to purchase a new phone so I went to the location at Northside in Winston Salem NC and Johanna helped me above and beyond,she's an amazing absolute DIAMOND!!! She is an asset and I felt very lucky to have her assist me. Her customer service skills are top tier, she set me up and assisted me with all my issues and was just so knowledgeable and amazing
