I went inside of this Metro store today 3/17/24 at around 12:30/1:00pm. I asked the guy for a charger to charge my iphone 11. He sold me something that looked like it could be a charger. I get home and realize he sold me just the block part of the charger and not the cord. I spent 27 dollars on that block. I go back to the store to ask for what I originally wanted, a charger for my phone. He said that he was unable to give me a return or an exchange. I would’ve been fine with an exchange. I really needed the iPhone charger today. He proceeds to smile and laugh in my face. I told him I will be contacting corporate and he told me to go on ahead. Is this what Metro does to their customers? They sell you just anything just to get a sale. $27 dollars and I still cannot charge my phone. Please do not go to this store. I am going to take it a step further and say please do not go through Metro at all. As hard as times are today $27 dollars spent for nothing only for a cashier to find it funny. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional to rob customers this way!
