Purchased a used vehicle. Within days noticed water leaking into the cabin whenever it rained. They ultimately agreed to have it “fixed” and had the vehicle for about a month (during which time I was never offered a loaner vehicle). After getting it back, it still leaked. Would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership.
I wish there were an option to provide zero stars for this review. Truly horrible experience.

As a long term customer, I feel the level of service has declined generally. Length of wait-time for scheduling maintenance seems to be stretched for longer periods of time. Some staff seem to be untrained and aren’t as courteous as in the past.
