I have used this pharmacy for a couple of prescriptions. The staff is very friendly. The doctor faxed in one of my RXs. I called the pharmacy and told them I needed to pick it up that week. They took my info and set a date when it would be ready. I received another call the next day stating they needed my confirmation that I WOULD INDEED pick it up. I said yes. So, the following day, I drove 1 hour to pick it up. I am told it is not ready because they needed me to confirm again that I would pick it up. After driving an hour, confirming the day before that I was going to pick it up, and it still not ready was very aggravating. They did make it the next day, however, and shipped it for free. I will use them again but will make sure I always call beforehand to ensure the RX is ready.

This pharmacy is above and beyond! They have been my pharmacist for over a decade, and the service is always stellar. Five stars for sure. If you have a health crisis, they will go even further for you. Complete absolute professional help!

Picking up my prescriptions at Med Solutions is a bright spot in my day. I'm always greeted enthusiasticly and given excellent service. Over the years, I've had many questions about my medication and have always received a through explanation. The staff is genuinely kind as well as professional.

We came to this pharmacy in response to a medication my child needs being on a national shortage. Though they had never made it before, the pharmacy was able to compound the medication for us and has been responsive to all of our needs. Customer service has been excellent, and turnaround time has always been quick.

I can always count on this pharmacy for quick service and friendly staff! I have been coming here for two months now and I have been very pleased with the service. I called ahead of time and my order is ready to pick up the next day. All of the necessary materials and supplies are already in the bag and my card is charged so it is a very quick trip.
