Mine and my husbands experience was awesome. After so much back and forth with purple.com we was able to go in and try all the mattresses from purple. The sales lady is the sweetest person you'd ever meet and helped us with finding the perfect mattress and we got an awesome deal on a platform zero gravity base. Obviously purple has expensive mattresses but she was able to work with our budget and help us get the mattress we wanted with a payment plan that worked great for us. Store was clean, everyone was professional and we are going to continue getting our bedding from them. This store makes you miss doing things in person instead of buying online. I would recommend to anyone.
