One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. William was extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. He allowed us to test several mattresses. We never felt pressured into purchasing anything. I knew within 5 minutes of meeting William that this was the person I was going to purchase a new bed from. I will definitely return to this Mattress Firm location.

What a great experience!! Devin and his store manager were friendly,knowledgeable and a joy to deal with.Never did my wife or I feel pressure to buy. The entire store had that we are here to assist you ..I would highly recommend this store .My wife purchased a new mattress with confidence and new found knowledge from Devin and the rest of the team !!

We are senior citizens in need of a new mattress. John could not have been more helpful. He explained the pros and cons of different mattresses and was not pushy about pushing the high priced ones we could not afford.

The associate that helped me choose my mattress and box springs was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The facility was clean, well lit, and the information I needed to see, was clearly marked on all the examples.

We purchased our Temperpedic mattress the first week of July. It was on sale but we were told if there was a better sale on Labor Day that we could get a rebate. There was a better sale on Labor Day. I brought in my original sales slip and received $214 back. No hassle, the gracious salesman handled it all!!!

Sales person excellent. Communication on delivery to the store from a distribution caused time on my part. It also physical effort retrieving a mattress and bed frame from our garage after an expensive base came very damaged. They showed up with it funny enough.One delivery attempt was at the wrong time when I said I would be not home. This company's communication system is atrocious. 3 stars because of salesperson effort. Without the new mattress. What a mess.

Will was AWESOME! He was so personable and answered questions before we even asked them. He was also really friendly with our little one. It was so much easier and quicker than I thought it was going to be. I would highly recommend!
