Today I purchased a king size TempurPedic Pro Adapt firm mattress and foundation. My experience was perfect in every respect. The salesperson, William Saunders, was professional and friendly. This is the second time I purchased this particular mattress from Mr. Saunders. I will definitely return to him the next time we need to purchase anything related to sleep!

My Experience at the Hames Mill store was excellent as always. William Saunders and Bobby the DM handled my warranty situation with professionalization and to my satisfaction. If I need another mattress or my family or friends need a mattress, I will certainly use this location and look for William.

Brandon is very knowlegable and does his best to help you with your mattress selection — go see him. They have great sales going on right now.

Representative was very knowlegeable about mattresses. Very polite and courteous. Did not rush my decision or try to steer me to certain mattresses. Provided as much assistance as I needed.

Sales person Brandon Hicks is just wonderful - he really knows the product, is straightforward, and not "sale-sy". He was patient and very thorough with my many questions, and went the extra mile to help me find what I was looking for. I had gone to other mattress stores in the area, and came back solely because he was so great to work with. Do not underestimate how important a person like Brandon is to the success of your business!
